The Fuzz
The Fuzz is a high energy, modern rock/pop cover band from Washington DC. Formed over the course of 2 years, the current lineup was officially put together in 2011 and includes members of some of the hottest bands in the area. Lead singers Mandi Meros and Mike Leverone hail from area bands such as The Reflex and That Guy (respectively) and have appeared with regional acts such as Mr. Greengenes, Burnt Sienna, LauraLea & Tripp Fabulous, Liquid A, Hyjinx, Scott's New Band & more. The experience and talent provided by Mandi & Mike on the frontline is unmatched by any band in the area. No other band can provide the male/female vocalist dynamic quite like The Fuzz, and though the two have only shared the stage for a short time, you'd think they'd been paired for years. Complimenting the one-two punch provided by Mandi & Mike are two former members of the highly regarded 80's tribute band Judo Chop - Drummer Mike Lumer, and lead Guitar player Matthew Berry. With their unique approach to bringing 80's classics into the modern area Mike & Matthew - Incredibly strong performers and vocalists in their own rights - Provide an incredibly dynamic backline to the project.
